About the Role

A high-performing secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a motivated Maths ECT to join its successful department from January 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to benefit from structured mentoring and a supportive working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4

  • Deliver engaging lessons that support progress for all learners

  • Use assessment to inform planning and intervention

  • Engage fully with the school’s ECT induction programme

  • Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment

About You

  • Maths graduate with QTS or pending QTS
