We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and enthusiastic Science ECT to join an Outstanding secondary school in Essex from January. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Newly Qualified Teacher to start their career in a school with excellent systems, strong mentoring and a commitment to staff development.

The successful candidate will teach Science across KS3–KS4, supported by a robust ECT induction programme designed to build confidence, classroom practice and subject expertise.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related field

  • PGCE with QTS

  • Training to teach Science at KS3–KS4

  • Strong understanding of health & safety in practical science

  • Passion for teaching and inspiring young scientists

Salary

Paid to scale at MPS1.
