The Opportunity & Role Profile

This major independent school requires an experienced Teacher of Mathematics to join its highly successful team. The specialist will focus entirely on teaching and inspiring numerical confidence, mathematical fluency, and driving outstanding attainment across all secondary key stages up to A-Level.

Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope

  • Equation Explorer: Delivering challenging instruction in Mathematics across Key Stage 3 up to A-Level.

  • Problem Solver: Cultivating advanced mathematical fluency, reasoning, and conceptual understanding among high-achieving pupils.

  • Academic Mentor: Offering extra support sessions and contributing to departmental curriculum development as required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Essential Requirements: Relevant Mathematics Degree and QTS/PGCE. Extensive experience teaching to A-Level is vital.
