Science Technician – Manchester – January 2026

A Secondary School in Manchester is seeking a dedicated Science Technician to support teaching and learning from January 2026.

Science Technician required from January 2026.

Good-rated secondary school with a strong science department.

You will support practical science lessons across KS3 and KS4, prepare materials, manage equipment, and ensure laboratories are safe and well organised.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in a science or technical support role (desirable)

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Awareness of laboratory health and safety

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
