Drama Teacher (ECT) – Market Harborough, Leicestershire – January 2026

A vibrant and creative 11–16 school in Market Harborough is seeking an energetic Drama ECT to join its Performing Arts department from January 2026.

The Role

You’ll teach Drama across KS3–KS4, supporting students in developing performance skills, confidence and creativity. Lessons balance practical exploration with structured theory elements, and ECTs are supported with clear lesson frameworks and shared schemes.

Department & Support

  • Dedicated drama studio and rehearsal space

  • Experienced mentor within the Performing Arts team
