A forward-thinking secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a French ECT to join its MFL department from January 2026.
The Role
The successful ECT will teach KS3 and KS4 French, supported by shared schemes of work, digital language platforms and collaborative planning time. The department places strong emphasis on communication skills, cultural awareness and confidence-building in language learning.
The School
This 11–18 school educates around 1,300 pupils and is known for its strong pastoral care, clear behaviour systems and supportive leadership. The MFL department is well-resourced and values teamwork, consistency and professional growth.
