Are you an experienced and strategic School Business Manager ready for an exciting leadership role? A strong secondary school in Wolverhampton is seeking a School Business Manager to oversee finance, HR, operations and compliance from January 2026.

About the Role:
This senior, full-time, permanent role includes managing the school’s financial strategy, overseeing HR processes, leading administrative and site teams, ensuring health & safety compliance, and contributing to school improvement planning. You will work closely with the Headteacher and senior leadership.

The school is known for excellent academic outcomes, strong pastoral systems and a highly professional leadership team. Staff feel valued and supported, and the Business Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining operational excellence.
