Midday Meal Supervisor – Community-Focused Primary (Shepherd’s Bush, W12)

Hours: 11:45am – 1:45pm
Salary: £13.75 per hour

Our inclusive and family-centred primary school in Shepherd’s Bush is searching for a friendly, warm-hearted and highly dependable midday supervisor to support children from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.

What you’ll do:

  • Support children’s emotional wellbeing through gentle encouragement

  • Help younger pupils with seating, food choices and routines

  • Promote fairness, safety and kindness on the playground

  • Encourage quieter children to get involved and make friends

  • Communicate regularly with teachers about any concerns

This role is ideal for someone who values community, diversity and meaningful daily interactions.
