Midday Meal Supervisor – Inclusive Primary School (Hammersmith, W6)

Hours: 11:30am – 1:30pm, Monday–Friday (Term Time Only)
Salary: £14–£15 per hour

A warm and vibrant primary school in Hammersmith is seeking a caring, dependable and enthusiastic Midday Meal Supervisor who can bring energy and a nurturing presence to our busy lunchtime period. We pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where every child is celebrated.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Overseeing the dining hall with a calm, structured and friendly approach

  • Encouraging positive table manners and healthy eating habits

  • Supporting children who may need help with routines, confidence or social interaction

  • Leading informal games outside to build teamwork, creativity and safe play

  • Applying the school’s behaviour expectations with fairness and clarity

  • Providing comfort, reassurance and gentle guidance when needed

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys forming warm relationships with children and contributing to a caring school family.
