unchtime Supervisor – Alternative Provision for KS3–KS4 (Edmonton, N18)

Hours: 12pm – 1:30pm
Salary: £15 per hour

This specialist alternative provision centre is seeking a calm, confident and assertive Midday Meal Supervisor to support students aged 11–16 who may display challenging behaviours or require emotional regulation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising small groups with awareness, care and professional boundaries

  • Encouraging positive choices and reinforcing behaviour strategies used throughout the day

  • Supporting students who may need additional encouragement or a quiet space to settle

  • Communicating effectively with behavioural support staff

  • Maintaining a structured, predictable routine that helps students feel safe

This role is ideal for someone with experience in behaviour support, youth work or SEN.
