Drama Teacher (ECT) – Market Harborough, Leicestershire – January 2026

A vibrant and well-respected secondary school in Market Harborough is looking for a creative and energetic Drama ECT to join its Performing Arts team from January 2026.

About the Role

You’ll teach Drama across KS3–KS4, supporting practical performance work, devising projects and scripted pieces. The school values creativity and invests in the arts with high-quality productions and a strong enrichment programme.

ECT Development

You will receive:

  • Specialist mentoring from an experienced Drama teacher

  • Opportunities to assist in school productions
