Responsibilities

  • Managing reception duties and greeting visitors

  • Handling phone calls, emails and internal communication

  • Updating student data, attendance and safeguarding systems

  • Supporting finance, HR, pastoral or admissions administration

  • Preparing documents, correspondence and data reports

  • Providing general admin support to senior leaders and teaching staff

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in school or office administration

  • Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and MIS experience

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload

  • Warm, professional communication style

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure

Salary

Paid according to the support staff pay scale.
