We are seeking a passionate, innovative and confident Design Technology ECT to join an Outstanding secondary school in Watford from January. This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified Teacher looking to build a strong foundation in a well-established, high-performing DT faculty.

You will deliver high-quality lessons across KS3–KS4, gaining experience in practical project development, design theory, and safe workshop practices. You will be fully supported through the ECT induction framework, weekly mentoring, regular training sessions and a reduced teaching timetable.

Experience and Qualifications

• DT / Product Design / Engineering degree

• PGCE with QTS

• Ability to teach KS3–KS4 DT
