A welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Essex is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning across the school from January.

The Role

• Support pupils in class, in groups, or on a one-to-one basis.
• Assist teachers with planning, resources, and classroom organisation.
• Help maintain a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Support pupils with SEND where required.
• Contribute to playground and lunchtime supervision.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and CPD training.

Requirements

• Experience working with children in an educational setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing approach.
• Understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality.
