A high-performing girls’ secondary school in Greater Manchester is seeking a driven and dynamic PE Teacher to join their successful PE department in January.

About the School

The school sits on a well-equipped site with excellent indoor and outdoor sports facilities. With a strong culture of participation and achievement, PE plays a central role in student wellbeing and whole-school life.

The Role

• Teach PE across KS3–KS4.
• Lead engaging practical and theory lessons.
• Support extracurricular sports clubs and fixtures.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and assessment procedures.
• Assist with whole-school events and health initiatives.
• Attend department meetings and CPD sessions.

Requirements

• Strong background in PE and sport.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and school health & safety procedures.
