Requirements

  • QTS

  • Strong understanding of early childhood development

  • Excellent phonics delivery

  • Ability to create engaging resources and activities

  • Positive approach to behaviour management

Salary

£34,514 – £46,000

What the Job Entails

  • Leading daily phonics and number sessions

  • Planning engaging lessons across all subjects

  • Supporting children’s transition from EYFS

  • Implementing early reading, writing, and maths support

  • Assessing progress and recording data

  • Working closely with parents and carers

  • Supporting interventions for struggling learners
