Job Description

A welcoming primary school in Enfield seeks a proactive EYFS SEN TA to work 1:1 with a Reception pupil who has ADHD-type behaviours and speech delays. You will help with attention-building tasks, communication development, and maintaining consistent classroom routines.

Key Skills

  • Strong behaviour management

  • Good knowledge of attention and focus strategies

  • Warm and encouraging personality

Requirements

  • SEN experience required

  • DBS certificate
