Job Description

A high-performing primary school in Barnet seeks an EYFS SEN TA to support children with SEMH, communication needs, and developmental delays. The role includes 1:1 support, small-group interventions, behaviour regulation, and supporting safe, structured play. You’ll work with an experienced EYFS team who will guide you through tailored SEN strategies.

  • Strong understanding of SEMH and EYFS development

  • Ability to remain calm and supportive

  • Good communication and teamwork

  • Adaptability and solution-focused thinking

Requirements

  • Prior SEN or EYFS experience

  • DBS certificate

  • Good written English

  • Understanding of safeguarding
