Science ECT – Watford

We are seeking a passionate, committed and academically capable Science ECT to join an Outstanding secondary school in Watford from January. This is a superb opportunity for a Newly Qualified Teacher to start their career in a well-established and forward-thinking Science department.

The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons to KS3–KS4, with the potential to develop into KS5 teaching. The school provides excellent support, ensuring ECTs are fully prepared for long-term success.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in a Science discipline

  • PGCE with QTS

  • Ability to teach KS3–KS4 Science

  • Strong understanding of practical science and lab safety

  • Passion for teaching and inspiring young scientists

Salary

Paid in line with MPS1.
