We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspiring Music Teacher to join an Outstanding secondary school in Hertfordshire from January. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach Music across KS3–KS4, with potential KS5 involvement for the right candidate.

The successful teacher will deliver engaging lessons, support performances, lead extracurricular ensembles and contribute to the school’s vibrant musical culture.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in Music or related discipline

  • PGCE / QTS

  • Experience teaching Music to KS3–KS4

  • Strong practical musicianship and understanding of curriculum music

  • Willingness to support concerts, choirs and extracurricular activities

Salary

Paid to scale in line with MPS/UPS.
