The HR team is well-established and plays a key strategic role. As HR Advisor, you will support recruitment cycles, conduct ER casework, manage absence procedures, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to staff training initiatives. The school uses a modern HRIS and maintains excellent administrative systems, including a fully compliant SCR and digital onboarding processes.

Experience and Qualifications

• HR experience at Officer or Advisor level

• Strong understanding of ER processes and employment law

• Knowledge of safer recruitment and safeguarding

• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

• CIPD Level 5 desirable
