The Opportunity & Role Profile

This high-performing girls' college seeks an experienced Science Teacher specialising in Chemistry. The school requires a knowledgeable specialist who can deliver challenging content, focusing on complex chemical theory and advanced laboratory application to drive high attainment in Chemistry up to A-Level.

Core Responsibilities & Teaching Scope

  • Reaction Specialist: Instructing Chemistry across Key Stage 4 and A-Level (with some KS3 Science).

  • Driving Attainment: Ensuring robust practical laboratory skills, experimental design, and advanced theoretical understanding.

  • Mentoring: Encouraging participation in science clubs and competitive academic challenges.
