About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated Business Teacher to join a high-achieving and Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ 11–18 secondary school in Warrington. The successful candidate will teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5, delivering a curriculum that develops commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and an understanding of modern business environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across GCSE and A-Level Business
• Create a dynamic learning environment that brings real-world business concepts to life
• Track, monitor, and assess student progress, providing effective intervention where needed
• Contribute to curriculum planning, assessment design, and department-wide initiatives
• Support enrichment opportunities such as enterprise clubs, Young Enterprise, and industry visits
• Maintain high expectations of student behaviour, effort, and academic performance
• Participate in whole-school CPD, meetings, and wider school events

About You
• A degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
• QTS (PGCE or equivalent) with the ability to teach KS4–KS5
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Business education
• Commitment to delivering excellent outcomes and inspiring students
• Ability to bring Business concepts to life through real-world examples
• Legal right to work in the UK
