An Outstanding girls' school in Croydon is looking to appoint a creative and energetic Drama ECT to join their expressive arts team.

About the School

About the Drama Department

The department is dynamic and well-resourced, with a dedicated performance hall, lighting rigs, and sound equipment. Students regularly take part in productions, festivals, and competitions.

The Role

  • Teaching Drama across KS3–KS4, with opportunities to contribute to GCSE performances.

  • Supporting school productions, drama clubs, and theatre visits.

  • Creating a positive and inspiring learning environment.

Requirements

  • QTS achieved by January 2026.

  • A genuine passion for theatre, performance, and the arts.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
