This Year 3 Teacher role in Barnet will begin in January 2026, with a well-structured induction programme delivered before January 2026. The Year 3 Teacher will play a key role in helping pupils develop independence as learners and in strengthening their core academic skills.

As a Year 3 Teacher in Barnet, you will plan purposeful lessons, deliver engaging guided reading sessions and promote high standards of written work. The Year 3 Teacher will regularly assess progress, provide targeted feedback and work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency. Key responsibilities

• Experience teaching as a Year 3 Teacher or within lower KS2
