An inclusive and progressive primary school in Southwark is recruiting an enthusiastic SEN TA to start in January 2026. The SEN TA will support pupils both in the classroom and through targeted intervention sessions. As a SEN TA in Southwark, you will work with class teachers and the SENCo to ensure pupils feel safe, supported and confident in their learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily classroom and intervention support
• Adapt learning resources for accessibility
• Support emotional and behavioural needs
• Assist with monitoring and recording pupil progress
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families in Southwark

Person Specification

• Experience working with children with SEND as a SEN TA
• Reliable, positive and adaptable approach
• Strong interpersonal and organisation skills
• Available to start January 2026
