Science Teacher – Derbyshire

Are you a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher seeking an excellent ECT opportunity? A highly regarded secondary school in Derbyshire is recruiting a Science Teacher to join their dynamic Science department.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent role starting January 2026. You will teach Science across KS3–KS4, delivering engaging lessons and contributing to departmental planning, assessments and progress tracking.

The school has an excellent reputation for behaviour, pastoral care and staff support. Their Science department offers modern labs, high-quality resources and an experienced technician team. New teachers benefit from strong mentoring and development opportunities.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has a degree in Science
• Holds QTS/PGCE or is completing an ECT pathway
• Can teach Science confidently at KS3–4
• Is enthusiastic, positive and professional
• Works well within a collaborative team
