A highly successful secondary school in Birmingham is seeking a Business Teacher to join them on a full-time, permanent basis from January 2026. The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver Business Studies across Key Stages 4 and 5. Applications are welcomed from both experienced teachers seeking progression and ECTs looking to begin their teaching career in a supportive and enriching environment.

This mixed secondary school, rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, educates approximately 1,600 students aged 11–18 and maintains a strong reputation across Birmingham for academic excellence, pastoral care, and its commitment to student development.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Business Studies Teacher and/or PGCE, QTS, or equivalent
  • A degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Ability to teach Business at KS4 and KS5
  • Strong classroom practice with the ability to engage and inspire pupils

Salary

The salary for this Business Teacher position will be paid to scale on a direct contract.
