We are seeking a passionate, knowledgeable and inspiring Science Teacher to join an Outstanding mainstream secondary school in Bishop’s Stortford. As a Science Teacher, you will deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across KS3, KS4 and, where appropriate, KS5, supporting students to develop scientific understanding, practical skills and academic confidence. Experience and Qualifications

  • Degree in a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry or Physics)

  • PGCE or QTS

  • Experience teaching Science to KS3/4 (KS5 desirable)

  • Strong subject knowledge and classroom practice

  • Commitment to high academic standards and student success

Salary

The salary for this Science Teacher position will be paid to scale in line with MPS/UPS.
