Science Teacher – Derbyshire

Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher searching for a rewarding new role? A successful secondary school in Derbyshire is looking for a Science Teacher to join their excellent Science faculty from January 2026.

About the Role:
You will teach Science to KS3–KS4 students, planning and delivering engaging lessons that promote curiosity, practical investigation and academic achievement. This is a full-time, permanent position.

The school is known for exceptional behaviour, strong results and a committed, nurturing staff team. Their Science department benefits from modern labs, high-quality equipment and a collaborative working culture. Teachers are supported through excellent leadership, CPD and pastoral systems.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has a Science-related degree
• Holds QTS/PGCE
• Teaches KS3–KS4 Science confidently
• Is enthusiastic, well-organised and reliable
• Works well within a cohesive Science department
