A vibrant and welcoming primary school in Shepherd’s Bush is recruiting a Midday Meal Supervisor to support pupils during their lunch break.

The School

The school is known for its positive behaviour culture, supportive leadership and strong links with the local community. Staff work together to make sure pupils feel safe, happy and confident.

The Role

You’ll help deliver a safe, structured lunchtime by supervising dining areas and playgrounds, promoting good behaviour and supporting children socially.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils during meals and play
• Encouraging good manners and healthy choices
• Supporting conflict resolution
• Leading or supervising safe play activities
• Ensuring safety across all areas
• Maintaining cleanliness and order

Requirements

• Experience working with children
• Calm, friendly and proactive
• Strong communication
• Reliable and safety-minded
