A welcoming and supportive school in West Wandsworth is seeking an enthusiastic Midday Meal Supervisor to join their team.

The Role

Your role will include supervising pupils as they eat, helping manage playground activities and ensuring children feel happy and safe during lunchtime.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing lunchtime routines in the hall and outdoors
• Encouraging respectful behaviour and healthy eating
• Supporting pupils with minor conflicts or concerns
• Leading and participating in safe play activities
• Ensuring a tidy and safe lunch environment
• Reporting incidents appropriately

Requirements

• Experience with children
• Patient, caring and proactive
• Good communication and organisation
• Committed to safety and inclusion
