A supportive, well-run primary school in Kensington & Chelsea is seeking a Midday Meal Supervisor to help maintain a positive, structured lunchtime environment.

The School

The Role

You will monitor children as they eat and play, encouraging good behaviour, resolving minor issues and supporting pupils to interact positively.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils across dining hall and playground
• Encouraging polite behaviour and positive play
• Supporting children who need reassurance or help
• Monitoring health and safety across lunch areas
• Assisting with behaviour management
• Encouraging inclusive play and positive interactions

Requirements

• Experience with children
• Friendly, patient and confident
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable, responsible and approachable
• Ability to work well within a team
