We are supporting a welcoming and well-established primary school in Westminster that is looking for a Midday Meal Supervisor to join their lunchtime team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and is committed to supporting their wellbeing.

The Role

You will supervise pupils across the dining hall, corridors and playground, ensuring lunchtime routines are followed calmly and safely. You’ll also play a key role in helping children develop good social habits and supporting them if they experience any issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising children while they eat and play
• Encouraging healthy eating, table manners and polite behaviour
• Overseeing playground areas and supporting safe play
• Managing behaviour in line with school policies
• Providing emotional support and reassurance to children
• Ensuring all lunch areas remain clean, tidy and safe
• Reporting any concerns or incidents to senior staff
