A vibrant mixed secondary school in Croydon is looking to appoint an enthusiastic Computer Science Teacher to join their modern and expanding ICT & Computing Faculty.

About the Computing Department

With state-of-the-art computer suites, coding clubs, robotics competitions, and partnerships with local tech companies, the Computing Department is one of the school’s most exciting teams. Students are motivated, tech-savvy, and eager to explore programming, AI, cybersecurity, and digital design.

The Role

  • Teach Computer Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 optional depending on experience).

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that build coding and computational thinking skills.

  • Support enrichment activities including coding clubs, tech competitions, and digital workshops.

Requirements

  • QTS and a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.

  • Strong programming knowledge (Python preferred).

  • A passion for digital advancement in education.
