PE Teacher – York

- PE Teacher required from January 2026.
- York – Outstanding Secondary School (Grammar-style environment).
- Seeking a specialist to deliver a broad, inclusive PE curriculum with emphasis on physical literacy, performance analysis and lifelong fitness.
You will teach PE across KS3–KS5, planning practical and theoretical lessons that stretch high-achieving students while ensuring full access for all learners. The role involves leading enrichment clubs, supporting competitive fixtures, and contributing to the school’s well-established sports development pathway.
Experience and Qualifications
- QTS desirable; strong experience in PE and sport science essential.
- Degree in PE, Sport Science or a related field.
- Proven ability to deliver both practical and classroom-based PE content.
- Experience leading extracurricular sport and promoting healthy lifestyles.
