Our Client is seeking a Religious Studies ECT to teach KS3 and KS4 within a large mixed secondary school in Watford. This role offers an excellent foundation for development in philosophy, ethics and world religions education.

School Information

This 11–18 school educates approximately 1,300 pupils and maintains high expectations of academic conduct, behaviour and student participation. The RS department is well resourced with structured schemes of work, shared planning and enquiry-led learning approaches.

ECTs benefit from reduced timetables, weekly coaching, peer observations and curriculum development workshops. Staff describe the culture as reflective, respectful and professionally focused. Leadership promotes instructional excellence, workload balance and sustainable career development.
