Our Client is seeking a History ECT to teach KS3 and KS4 within a large secondary school in Peterborough. The role offers full induction support within a highly structured teaching environment.

School Information

This 11–18 school educates approximately 1,350 pupils and benefits from secure leadership, strong behaviour systems and a stable staff body. The History department delivers a coherent and carefully sequenced curriculum focused on historical enquiry, interpretation and extended analytical writing.

ECTs receive enhanced mentoring support, regular developmental observations and gradual responsibility progression. Staff describe the school as calm, professional and supportive. Leadership prioritises workload protection, pastoral care and structured professional learning pathways.
