Maths Teacher – January 2026

Our client is seeking a Maths Teacher to join a respected independent school in Watford. The successful candidate will teach KS3 and KS4 Maths, following a structured curriculum that develops students’ confidence in reasoning, problem solving and conceptual fluency. There is also scope to contribute to extension groups, enrichment clubs and additional preparation for competitive Maths challenges.

This independent 11–18 day school educates approximately 900 pupils and consistently achieves strong academic outcomes across all core subjects. The Mathematics department is very well resourced with modern classrooms, specialist teaching software and clearly mapped schemes of work that support learners at every stage.
