Wayman Education is recruiting a Design Technology Technician for a full-time position starting in January in Bedford. You will be supporting a high-performing Design Technology department across KS3 and KS4, ensuring a safe and efficient workshop environment for both staff and students.

Experience and Qualifications required for this Design Technology Technician position

  • Workshop, engineering or technical support experience

  • Strong understanding of workshop safety procedures

  • Ability to prepare materials and maintain machinery

  • Confident supporting practical teaching

  • Reliable and well organised

Salary

The salary for this Design Technology Technician position will be paid on a permanent contract in line with the support staff pay scale.
