Requirements:

· Experience supporting SEND pupils
· Strong communication and teamwork
· Understanding of structured routines and sensory regulation

The Role:

· 1:1 support tailored to individual targets
· Assist with phonics, social skills and communication
· Support classroom learning and daily routines
