The School

The school has a nurturing ethos, small class sizes and a strong focus on emotional wellbeing.

Requirements:

· SEMH experience
· Good behaviour management and de-escalation skills
· Ability to form positive, trusting relationships

The Role:

· 1:1 support focused on emotional regulation and engagement
· Assist with learning, communication and routine-building
· Work closely with pastoral and SEN teams
