Requirements:

· Previous SEN experience (education or youth settings)
· Confidence with 1:1 and small-group support
· Ability to stay calm and use de-escalation strategies
· Positive approach to supporting behaviour and communication
· Passion for inclusion and pupil progress

The Role:

· Work 1:1 with pupils who have ASD or SEMH
· Support emotional regulation and engagement
· Help deliver targeted interventions and personalised programmes
