Maths ECT to join a well-resourced and collaborative Mathematics team

Our Client is seeking a Maths ECT for a supportive and academically successful secondary school in Sheffield. The successful teacher will deliver Maths at KS3–KS4, following a structured curriculum designed to support conceptual progression and high-quality outcomes.

School Information

This Ofsted Outstanding school educates approximately 1,350 pupils and is known for outstanding academic progress, firm but fair behaviour systems and exceptional pastoral structures. The Maths team is reflective, well-led and committed to supporting new teachers with shared planning and regular feedback.

Staff describe the school as calm, organised and growth-focused. Leadership prioritises ECT development through regular coaching, targeted CPD and a clear, well-established support framework.
