Maths ECT to join a forward-thinking and highly supportive Maths faculty

Our Client is seeking a Maths ECT to join an academically ambitious secondary school in Brighton. The successful Maths ECT will teach KS3–KS4, delivering engaging and well-sequenced lessons that develop strong mathematical understanding and exam confidence.

School Information

This 11–18 Ofsted Outstanding school educates roughly 1,200 pupils and is recognised for its excellent teaching, consistent behaviour expectations and nurturing pastoral provision. The Maths department works collaboratively, sharing resources, assessments and schemes of work that support both staff and student success.

Staff describe the school as inclusive, well-organised and supportive. ECTs benefit from a comprehensive induction programme, protected release time, ongoing training and a strong mentor network.
