Maths ECT to join a driven and well-resourced Mathematics team

Our Client is seeking a Maths ECT to join a committed and academically focused secondary school in Bristol. The successful Maths ECT will deliver KS3 and KS4 Maths, following a structured curriculum that prioritises conceptual understanding, fluency and mathematical reasoning.

School Information

This 11–18 Ofsted Outstanding school educates around 1,250 pupils and has built an excellent reputation for high achievement, consistent routines and strong pastoral support. The Maths faculty is well established with comprehensive planning materials, shared assessments and strong departmental collaboration.

Staff describe the school as purposeful, welcoming and development-focused. Leadership ensures ECTs receive excellent support, including a dedicated mentor, weekly training sessions and opportunities to observe experienced practitioners.
