A modern 11–18 academy in London is seeking an IT Technician to support their digital infrastructure and school-wide IT systems.

About the School

A digitally advanced school with cloud-based learning platforms, a strong IT services team and well-maintained hardware across all departments. Staff benefit from ongoing technical training and an effective helpdesk system.

The Role

• Provide first-line IT support to staff and students
• Troubleshoot issues with hardware, software, printers and classroom devices
• Maintain and install PCs, tablets, projectors and interactive screens
• Assist with network maintenance, password resets and user account management
• Support audio-visual systems, Wi-Fi troubleshooting and equipment checks

Requirements

• Experience in IT support, helpdesk or technical troubleshooting
• Good understanding of networking, Windows systems and user management
• Strong communication and the ability to prioritise tasks
