Role Responsibilities

• Oversee site maintenance, security and health & safety compliance
• Manage cleaning, caretaking and site staff
• Conduct regular inspections and manage contractors
• Monitor heating, lighting and alarms
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly and ensure safe working practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in site or facilities management (school experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation
