A dynamic mixed 11–18 secondary school in Kingston is seeking a dedicated DT Technician to support their busy Design & Technology Department.

About the School

A Good school with excellent facilities and a strong focus on creativity and practical learning. The DT department delivers Product Design, Engineering and Food Technology.

The Role

• Prepare materials, equipment and tools for lessons
• Maintain machinery, tools and workshop spaces
• Support students safely during practical sessions
• Manage stock levels and order supplies
• Assist with display work, coursework preparation and demonstrations

Requirements

• Experience in a workshop, DT environment or similar practical field
• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
• Ability to use hand tools, machinery and equipment safely
