The Role

You will play a central role in promoting excellent attendance and safeguarding student welfare. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring daily attendance and punctuality
• Making first-day absence calls to parents
• Creating attendance reports for Heads of Year
• Working with families to address persistent absence
• Coordinating attendance meetings and intervention plans
• Liaising with safeguarding and external agencies
